Steven E. Snow

Walter F. Gonzalez

Sustained to the First Quorum of the Seventy March 31, 2001, at age 48; sustained to the Presidency of the Seventy Oct. 6, 2007. Former Area Authority Seventy, serving as second counselor in the South America North Area presidency, and was previously regional representative, mission president, stake president and area public affairs director. Received bachelor's degree at Indiana University and a technician's certificate at CEMLAD Institute. Formerly Church Educational System director for South America North Area and a CES employee. Born Nov. 18, 1952, in Montevideo, Uruguay, to Fermin Gabino and Victoria Dolores Nunez Gonzalez. Wife, Zulma Anahir Nunez Gonzalez; parents of four children.

L. Whitney Clayton

Jay E. Jensen

Received bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in Spanish and history, Church history and doctrine, and education, respectively, from BYU. Born Feb. 5, 1942, in Payson, Utah, to Ruel W. and Ethel Otte Jensen. Wife, Lona Lee Child Jensen; parents of six children.

Donald L. Hallstrom
