Scotland Edinburgh Mission

  • New Mission Presidents

    Seven new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin service about July 1, 2010.
  • New missions 10 announced in seven areas

    To better align resources and adjust to the ever changing needs of the Church, 10 new missions will be organized in July, while 14 other missions will be combined with neighboring missions. The resulting number of missions will be 340.
  • Country information: United Kingdom

    The United Kingdom consists of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and is located off the northwest coast of Europe. The population speaks English, Welsh, and Gaelic. Most belong to the Church of England or are Roman Catholics.
