LDS scriptures are also referred to as "standard works" and include four primary works: The Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants and the Pearl of Great Price.

Many of the articles published by the Church News can be used in personal study of the scriptures and some past articles focused on specific gospel doctrine lessons.
