Elder Robert E. Wells of the Seventy created the Port Angeles Washington Stake, which includes the Port Angeles 1st, Port Angeles 2nd, Port Townsend, Sequim 1st, and Sequim 2nd wards, and the Forks Branch.

Smelling. Counselors - Jerry C. Bender, 41, high school teacher and department chairman, former high councilor, stake Sunday School president, bishop, and elders quorum instructor, married Clare Kathleen Crandall; Ken R.
