New mission president

The First Presidency has announced the call of Victor D. Cave, 44, as president of the Tahiti Papeete Mission. He and his wife, Antonina, will begin their service about July 1.

Victor D. Cave, 44, Castle Hill Ward, Sydney Australia Greenwich Stake; high priests group leader, former temple sealer, regional representative, stake president, high councilor, stake mission president, and bishop's counselor; served in Tahiti Papeete Mission, 1970-71; area human resource manager in the Pacific Area for the Church; earned bachelor's degree from BYU; born in Papeete, Tahiti, a son of David Montague and Leone Georgina Bambridge Cave; married Antonina Moea Ferriol, five children. She is a nursery assistant, former Relief Society president, Sunday School teacher, Primary teacher, and ward librarian; attended BYU and Notre Dame des Anges; born in Papeete, Tahiti, a daughter of Roland Ariihere and Tehei Marthe Lehartel Ferriol.
