New stake presidencies

Elder Eduardo Ayala of the Seventy has created the Barquistimeto Venezuela Stake, which includes the Nueva Segovia, La Concordia, Cabudare, Oelisco, and El Sisal wards, and the Andres Bello branch.

Elder Lynn A. Mickelsen of the Seventy has created the Buenos Aires Argentina Belgrano Stake, which includes the Belgrano, Chacarita, Congreso, General Urquiza, Juncal, La Boca, and Nunez wards.Elsewhere, stakes were reorganized in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, and in Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico, New York and Utah.
