New mission presidents

Two new mission presidents have been called by the First Presidency. The mission presidents and their wives will begin their service about July 1. Here are their names and biographical information:

Maria Thelma and Gonzalez L. Ricardo Rosales

Gonzalez Luis Ricardo Rosales, 42, Mexico Monterrey South Mission, Pantitlan Ward, Pantitlan Mexico Stake; stake president; former stake president's counselor, stake mission president, branch president, and high councilor; Church Educational System administrator; received law degree from UNAM; born in Mexico City, Mexico, to Bautista Benjamin and Vazquez Ana Maria Gonzales Rosales; married Rosa Maria Thelma Pavon Martinez; four children. She is a counselor in ward Primary presidency; former Relief Society visiting teacher supervisor, ward Young Women president, temple worker, and gospel essentials teacher; elementary school teacher; received teaching degree at Teachers Training School; born in Mexico City, Mexico, to Francisco and Consuelo Martinez Zarraga Pavon Mendez.

Critina Isabel and Enrique M. Garcia

Enrique Manuel Garcia, 47, Argentina Cordoba Mission; president of Buenos Aires Argentina Stake; former bishop; employed by Church Educational System in human resources; received education in technical mechanics; born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Enrique and Matilde Gonzalez Garcia; married Critina Isabel Castillo; two children. She is a stake Young Women president, former counselor in ward and stake Relief Society presidencies; born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Ricardo Ignacio and Elvira Rosa Liva Nicolasa Castillo.
