Ricks College

Ricks College has begun its search for 38 new faculty members as it gears up to offer new baccalaureate programs and replace retiring faculty members. Ricks is in the process of making the transition to become a four-year university to be known as Brigham Young University-Idaho. The faculty positions for the 2001-2002 academic year are in accounting, agronomy/ag business, animal science, art, biology, business management, communications, chemistry, economics, early childhood/special education, elementary education, English, foreign language (Spanish), geography, geology, history, instructional design, math learning assistance, math, music, nursing and recreation education. Ricks will accept applications until Jan. 29. The hiring process will then continue until May 10 and jobs will start Aug. 16.
