Spring 2001 Conference Workshops and Open Houses

In conjunction with general conference, a series of workshops and displays for Church auxiliaries and departments will be held. Stake leaders only are asked to attend Open House; they can then take the information back to their ward leaders.

Workshops

Held in the Relief Society Building, 76 North Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Wednesday, March 21; Thursday, March 22; Friday, March 23; Wednesday, March 28; Thursday, March 29; and Friday, March 30. Visitors are encouraged to attend the afternoon sessions, as the morning and evening sessions are usually very crowded.

"Reverently, Quietly, Lovingly We Think of Thee"

Resource Center

Displays will be available for the following auxiliaries in the Resource Center on the ground floor of the Relief Society Building, 76 North Main Street, Salt Lake City.

Primary / Young Women / Relief Society / Music

The Resource Center, located on the ground floor of the Relief Society Building, is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Each day of open house the Resource Center will be open until sessions conclude; Wednesday & Thursday until 9 p.m. and Friday until 8 p.m.

Family History Workshop

Held in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, 15 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, in the FamilySearch Center (Main Floor West Wing) and on the Third Floor (East Wing), on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, March 28, 29, and 30. Stake and ward Family History leaders and priesthood leaders who have responsibility for family history are especially invited to attend.

Distribution Center

Joseph Smith Memorial Building (lower level), Church curriculum items and some non-English materials available. Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Museum of Church History and Art

45 North West Temple Street. Weekdays 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Weekends 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Parking

THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Allow plenty of time to park. Pay parking is available at Crossroads Plaza, the ZCMI Center Mall, and the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, and several other lots in the area.
