From around the world: Named 'Top Management Guru'

ANN ARBOR, MI. — Dave Ulrich, professor of business at the University of Michigan Business School and of the Huron Valley Ward, Ann Arbor Michigan Stake, was named No. 1 among the "Top Management Gurus," by Business Week magazine.

"Ulrich gets top marks because because execs say he does the best job taking the time to understand a company's operations," the article stated.

"Dave is very practical," said Frank T. Morgan, global director of executive development and leadership at Dow Chemical. "He's not just going to give us theory; he's going to apply it and show what it means."

Well-known LDS author and consultant Stephen R. Covey was No. 7 on the list.
