The LDS Church has introduced a new Stretch Cotton garment style for women, available Feb. 20 that is designed for increased comfort and a close fit.

The Stretch Cotton fabric is 95 percent cotton and 5 percent spandex, which makes the garment more comfortable for a variety of body types and climates around the world, according to Angie White, garment product manager.

“The design of the new Stretch Cotton garment is a direct response to customer feedback, and has been tested with more than 1,000 women around the world,” she said. “We’ve tried to address common concerns while enhancing features that sisters have requested.”

Beginning Jan. 24 customers in the U.S. and Canada may place pre-orders for the product at a Distribution Services retail store, including Deseret Book stores with a Distribution Services section, at store.lds.org/garments, or by calling Customer Support at (800) 537-5971. Stretch Cotton garments for women will be available throughout the world by the end of 2018.
